We pride ourselves on building nice looking websites that will grow with our clients over time. Our skillset includes .net, PHP, CSS, HTML, xHTML, SEO and other geek speak languages. We are fluent in the Adobe Suite of products including Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge. Our clients range from one-man consultancies to large engineering firms. We have experience in Joomla! and Expression Engine CMS systems. Our team members have spoken at IBM conferences, taught classes and consulted to the Department of State regarding development best practices and implemented large websites for fortune 500 companies. My name is Marcus Neto and I am the Creative Director for Blue Fish Design Studio. Several years ago I left the giant hairball otherwise known as Washington D.C. and moved to Daphne, AL. I worked in D.C. for 9 years as a consultant to the Federal Government. Since moving to the Eastern Shore I have fallen in love with the creative energy that resides here. I have the best job in the world. I get to help others by being creative. I get to work with businesses to help them solidify their brand, create interesting marketing pieces or brainstorm on how to creatively engage their customers.
On a personal note I am happily married to Jennifer. She is a very successful Real Estate Agent in the Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties. I also have 3 boys. Our oldest loves to draw and color. He drew our logo. Our middle son loves to collect bugs as pets and get dirty playing in the mud. And our youngest is really really into Chocolate Milk and Noggin. I love going to the beach with them and making sand castles. But the sand castles have to have moats. It is not a sand castle unless it has a moat.

My name is Brooke Chao, and if Marcus is the brawn I guess that makes me the beauty behind Blue Fish. :-p I worked at a local University for 5 years, doing, among other things, graphic and web design. I currently live in Harrisonburg, VA and am devoting the majority of my time to caring for my awesome husband, Alvin, and our two beautiful kiddos. I also run my own art photography business.
When Marcus invited me to become a part of the Blue Fish family, and use my mad HTML skills and creative powers for good, instead of evil, I jumped at the chance, and here I am, and having a blast.
Oh, yeah, and count me in as yet another music lover. I majored in Voice in college, and both my husband and I play multiple instruments. In our house, it is rare not to have some kind of music (pick a genre, any genre - we love it all) blasting and the entire family having a goofy dance party in the living room. The strange people you see in their car on the highway, singing at the top of their lungs and bopping along to beat? Yeah, that would be us. If you see us, just smile and wave.
